Terms and Conditions Use of the zas36 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and zas36 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the zas36 website, mobile app, games, and all services provided by our platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any zas36 service, you explicitly and unconditionally confirm your agreement to comply fully with these Terms. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

To register and use the zas36 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Providing complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration
• Have never had an account suspended or terminated by zas36 previously
• Only holding one active account at a time — multiple accounts are prohibited
• Not using the platform on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other recognised official documents. zas36 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to ensure the security of your account.

Each player is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. zas36 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever any changes occur
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account security

Transferring accounts or credit balances to other players is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by its registered owner. Use of an account by another individual, even with the owner's permission, constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Zas36 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost for the convenience of Malaysia players.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method
• Deposits are processed instantly; any delays are the responsibility of the payment provider
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days
• Your first withdrawal requires full completion of the KYC verification process
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• zas36 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits

Zas36 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, some payment providers may impose their own charges that are beyond our platform's control. Players are advised to review the terms of their respective payment providers.

Zas36 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. Players are advised to read the conditions of each promotion carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new player

• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends
• Bonus value received cannot be transferred to another player

All games on the zas36 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified. This ensures every game result is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Players acknowledge and agree to the following with regard to game rules:

• Game results processed by the system are final and cannot be disputed
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, zas36 reserves the right to void the affected round
• Wins resulting from software bugs or technical errors will not be paid out and will be voided
• Each game has its own rules that players must follow

If a dispute arises regarding a game result, players may contact the zas36 support team within 72 hours of the incident. The final decision by zas36 management is conclusive and binding.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the zas36 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or manage an account
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure
• Credit card fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Registering multiple accounts to unlawfully exploit bonuses or promotions
• Spreading false information, harassing other players, or damaging the reputation of the platform
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the zas36 support team. Valid balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal after all relevant conditions are fulfilled, subject to identity verification.

Zas36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document
• Registration information found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Players whose accounts have been terminated due to a Terms violation are not eligible to reopen their account or receive refunds on deposits or remaining balances.

The zas36 platform is provided "as is" based on our best technical capabilities. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee the absence of disruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime.

• zas36 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses suffered by players
• We do not guarantee winnings from any gaming activity on this platform
• Our liability is limited to the actual deposit amount made by the player within the preceding 30 days
• zas36 is not liable for losses caused by an unstable internet connection on the player's end

Zas36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from players. Players will be notified of significant amendments via in-platform notification or registered email.

Continued use of the zas36 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. It is the player's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any further action is taken.
